We are focused on creating the very best dishes using local produce, cooked and prepared with the least intervention.

We create dishes that are simple, yet delicious and are led by seasonality, using ingredients from local farmers, fisherman and providers all within 20 kilometers from our restaurant. We are inspired to maintain Costa Rican classic dishes and introduce new favorites.

Our cocktail list focuses on seasonality with fresh ingredients and little fuss. All cocktails have a non-alcoholic option available and we have a delicious smoothie and juice menu throughout the day with adaptogenic and boost options available.

And we have a comprehensive list of low-intervention, organic, biodynamic and natural wines.

With food and drink menus serving from 6am to 11pm, guests are offered a wide range of menu options, reservation sizes and private booking events. We can accomodate events of all sizes, from intimiate private-dining bookings through to large receptions. Guests are offered a range of set menus for both seated and standing events.
